Luffy's sworn "brother" (Since Ace and Luffy are not blood related) will meet his end this chapter. A crucial turning point in the story and world of One Piece. My expectations? Ace's death would definitely affect luffy. I believe he might become stronger because of this and not let any of his "nakama" die like Ace did. But it might leave him emotionally scarred and blame his "lack of strength". And their grandpa? He might start to begin questioning his position and role as a marine. Whitebeard would probably fall as well on a later chapter. But I think he'll be proud of Luffy and the other pirates on trying to save their "brother". On an earlier note. I really expected that Dragon (Luffy's father) would take this opportunity to strike at the world government while the marines and pirates are fighting.
